On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Internet Sensation Poonam Pandey who is immensely popular among her followers for posting raunchy and sexy pictures everytime on her social media account has now done special photo shoot for Yoga but even before Poonam could share these pictures online with her fans, a few pictures from the photo shoot have been leaked online and they have gone viral. People have been sharing this picture across various platforms to wish each other and her fans definitely loving it. Poonam also admits that she has reaped immense benefits from yoga.

Talking about the pictures leaking incident Poonam said, “I never expected that my pictures will get leaked even before, I posted it on social media and will get viral in such short period of time. It just shows fans excitement for my photo shoots but I am certainly happy that my followers are giving me really good feedback for that”

Yoga has changed the lives of many people across the world, so it is no surprise that Poonam Pandey has adopted it as an essential part of her lifestyle. The gorgeous actress, who is famous for her raunchy pictures on social media, also likes to do yoga as a part of her health regime.

Talking about benefits of yoga, Poonam said, “Yoga didn’t just help me with my body; I also became fitter from within. It helped me to focus better. In the movies and my modeling assignments, we may look very glamorous and fit, but believe me, not many of us are actually fit from within. Yoga has helped me achieve that.”

She added, “Yoga is the best thing that happened to me. I firmly believe that yoga coupled with strength training creates a stronger, leaner and more flexible body. I have been a yoga practitioner from many years and the benefits that I’ve reaped have been immense”

Talking about the achieving right balance through yoga, Poonam said, “Yoga has brought me happiness. It also provided me with tools to help me find it. I mastered the tools, practiced them diligently and health and happiness came to me. I found that it works in the reverse–when you embrace yoga, life embraces you by default. So, one has to work towards a higher goal of self achievement, which yoga provides and your personal life gets sorted. My ‘miraculous’ healing is totally experiential. I was lucky to be born again”.

“The idea behind promoting yoga is to make more people aware of yoga, and achieve a synchronized growth of mind, body and soul and I hope in coming years more and more people join yoga movement to make our country fitter and healthier”.
