Aahana Kumra is a talented theatre and film actress from Mumbai who was born in Lucknow and will soon be seen as one of the leads in one of the most talked about upcoming films - Lipstick Under My Burkha. Apart from this she will also be seen in a special role in Amazon Prime's maiden Indian Series - Inside Edge which has been produced by Excel Entertainment. Aahana finished studying acting from Whistling Woods and started as a theatre actress having worked in several acclaimed plays including Naseeruddin Shah's Gadha Gadda, By George, Makrand Deshpande's Sir Sir Sarla.
Soon after she started in a series of short film and also was seen playing Amitabh Bachchan's daughter in the much talked about TV show Yudh which was directed by Anurag Kashyap. Now with two releases up her sleeve, Aahana is soon etching a mark for herself as an actress. She also ventured earlier this year in the web space with Official Chukiyagiri which was developed by the makers of Bang Baaja Barat.
